Refund Policy you should know

At ilesh Connect (Previously Opscura) platform from Urban-Age Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality project management services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for subscriptions made through our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (“Platform”).

By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Free Trial and Evaluation Period

We offer a Free Plan to allow users to explore and evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription.

  • No charges are applied during the period.

Note: Refunds will not be provided once a user transitions from a Free Plan to a paid subscription unless otherwise specified below.


2. Subscription Payments and Auto-Renewals

  • All subscription plans are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as selected).

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • You can manage your subscription and billing cycle through your account dashboard.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer limited refunds under specific circumstances:

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal.

  • You did not use the platform during your subscription term.

  • You changed your mind or found an alternative service.

  • Your account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your billing date with:

  • Your registered email address

  • Invoice or transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the approval date.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

  • We reserve the right to deduct payment gateway fees or service charges if applicable.


7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger a refund automatically. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be effective upon posting, and we will notify users via email or platform notice if material changes are made.
