Cancelations you should know

This Cancellation Policy outlines how users of ilesh Connect (Previously Opscura) (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) may cancel their subscriptions or services and what happens following such cancellation. Our goal is to provide complete transparency to ensure a smooth experience.

By using our platform, you agree to this Cancellation Policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.


1. Subscription Management

All subscriptions to our SaaS platform are user-managed and can be canceled at any time via your account settings.

  • Go to: Dashboard > Billing > Subscription List

  • Choose Cancel/Delete Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts

  • Upon cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation

Note: Canceling a subscription does not result in automatic refund. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility.


2. Timing of Cancellation

Monthly Plan End of current billing cycle
Annual Plan End of current annual term (no prorated refunds)
Free Plan Period Immediate upon cancellation
  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • If you cancel during a free trial, your access to premium features ends immediately.


3. Non-Cancellation Scenarios

We do not accept cancellation requests via phone, chat, or third-party communication. Only the account owner or admin can initiate cancellation via the platform.

Cancellations are not valid under the following:

  • Emailing us without using the cancellation process in your dashboard

  • Failing to cancel before the next billing date and requesting reversal later

  • Expecting account deactivation to equal cancellation of billing


4. Account Deletion vs. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing but does not delete your account or workspace.

If you wish to:

  • Cancel billing but keep your data: Just cancel the subscription; your data remains accessible in read-only mode.

  • Permanently delete your account and data: Contact our support team at admin@opscura.aaksha.in with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Warning: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and all data will be permanently removed.


5. Impact on Workspace and Users

Upon cancellation of a subscription:

  • Your workspace is moved to a free/limited plan (if available)

  • Access to premium features like integrations, advanced reports, storage limits, and team collaboration tools will be restricted

  • Team members and clients in the workspace may also lose access to associated features


6. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription or account without notice:

  • If you violate our Terms of Service or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity

  • If payment fails repeatedly or remains overdue for more than 2 days

  • If required by law or regulatory authorities


7. Reactivation

You may reactivate your canceled subscription anytime by:

  • Logging into your account

  • Selecting a plan and updating payment information

  • Access to premium features resumes upon successful payment

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance.
